SheLogistics: transforming logistics operations end to end.

A growing third-party logistics operator, run on phone calls and spreadsheets, re-platformed onto a single operational system: live shipment visibility, optimized routing, and documents that clear themselves.

Empty kilometers via optimized routing

The context

Growth was outrunning the spreadsheet.

Every new client multiplied the coordination load: dispatchers juggling calls, drivers texting locations, PODs arriving as photos in chat threads, invoices assembled by hand. Service was good — but only heroics kept it that way, and heroics don’t scale.

Shenll rebuilt the operating core: a logistics platform covering booking to billing, rolled out module by module so daily operations never paused.

The challenge

No live picture

Shipment status lived in dispatchers’ heads and phone logs; customers called to ask “where is my cargo?”

Manual routing

Routes planned by intuition — workable at 20 vehicles, wasteful at 100.

Paper drag

PODs, invoices, and trip sheets consumed back-office days and delayed billing.

Rollout risk

Freight moves every day; the transformation could not stop the trucks.

What we built

One operational platform, from booking to billing.

01

Control-tower dashboard

Every shipment, vehicle, and exception on one live map — status flowing from driver app check-ins and telematics rather than phone calls.

02

Driver & customer apps

Drivers get trips, navigation, and digital POD capture; customers get live tracking and honest ETAs — the calls stopped because the answers were already visible.

03

Route & load optimization

Planning that consolidates loads and sequences stops to cut empty kilometers, with dispatcher override always available — the planner assists, humans decide.

04

Document automation

PODs photographed once and filed automatically; trip data assembling invoices the same day service completes — billing lag collapsed.

05

Operational analytics

On-time performance, vehicle utilization, and margin per route surfaced continuously — the numbers that used to take month-end now steer the week.

The results

Scale without the heroics.

The platform turned a coordination-heavy operation into a system-driven one: growth now adds shipments, not proportional headcount. The engagement pattern anchors our logistics practice.

Visibility replaced phone tag

Customers and dispatchers watch the same live picture; status calls became the exception.

Routing discipline at scale

Optimized planning holds efficiency as the fleet grows — empty kilometers trend down, not up.

Same-day billing readiness

Digital PODs and auto-assembled invoices removed the paperwork lag between delivery and revenue.

An operation that scales

New clients onboard onto the platform, not onto the dispatchers’ memory.
